1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the olxtoto website, mobile platform, and all associated services (collectively, the "Platform"). These Terms apply to all visitors, registered users, and any other persons who access or use the Platform in any capacity.

By accessing the olxtoto Platform, you represent and warrant that: (a) you have read and understood these Terms; (b) you are legally capable of entering into a binding contract under Philippine law; (c) you meet the eligibility requirements set out in Section 2; and (d) you agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations of the Republic of the Philippines.

olxtoto reserves the right to update, modify, or replace any part of these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform following the posting of any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

2 Eligibility

Access to and use of the olxtoto Platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, which must be satisfied at all times:

• Age Requirement: You must be at least 21 years of age. This is the minimum legal age for casino-style gambling in the Philippines as regulated by PAGCOR. olxtoto strictly enforces this requirement and will request identity verification documents to confirm age.
• Jurisdiction: You must be accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is not prohibited by applicable law. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your use of olxtoto is lawful in your jurisdiction.
• Legal Capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. Persons who have been declared legally incapacitated by a court of competent jurisdiction are not permitted to use the Platform.
• Self-Exclusion: You must not be subject to any self-exclusion order, whether imposed by olxtoto or any other gaming operator or regulatory body.
• One Account Per Person: Each individual may only maintain one registered account on olxtoto. Duplicate accounts are prohibited and will be closed, with any associated balances subject to forfeiture.

3 Account Registration

To access the full features of the olxtoto Platform, you must register for an account. During registration, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You further agree to update your information promptly if it changes.

The following conditions apply to your olxtoto account:

• You must provide a valid email address and mobile number that you own and control.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. olxtoto will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel.
• You must notify olxtoto immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account by contacting our support team via live chat.
• olxtoto reserves the right to refuse registration or close any account at its sole discretion, including where it suspects fraudulent activity, misrepresentation, or violation of these Terms.
• Account credentials are personal and non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, or allow any third party to use your olxtoto account.

olxtoto may require you to complete a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process before processing withdrawals or at any other time deemed necessary. KYC documents may include a government-issued photo ID, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the olxtoto Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP). The following terms apply to deposits and withdrawals:

Deposits:

• olxtoto accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed at the time of transaction.
• Deposits are generally credited to your olxtoto wallet instantly or within a few minutes, depending on the payment method used.
• olxtoto does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. The name on your payment method must match the name on your olxtoto account.
• Deposits made using bonus codes or promotional credits are subject to the bonus terms outlined in Section 5.

Withdrawals:

• Withdrawal requests are processed within 1–3 business days, subject to completion of KYC verification and any applicable wagering requirements on bonus funds.
• olxtoto does not charge fees on standard withdrawals. However, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transaction fees.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method registered in your name. olxtoto reserves the right to request additional verification before processing any withdrawal.
• Minimum withdrawal amounts apply and are displayed within your account dashboard at the time of request.
• olxtoto reserves the right to delay or withhold a withdrawal pending investigation if there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or breach of these Terms.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

olxtoto offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible users. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms attached to each individual promotion:

• Bonuses are available to registered users who meet the eligibility criteria specified for each promotion. olxtoto reserves the right to determine eligibility at its sole discretion.
• All bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier will be stated in the specific promotion terms.
• Bonus funds and real money funds are tracked separately in your olxtoto wallet. Real money funds are used first in all wagers unless otherwise specified.
• Bonuses may only be used on the games or betting markets specified in the promotion terms. Using bonus funds on excluded games will not contribute to wagering requirements.
• olxtoto reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice. Any bonus already credited and subject to active wagering will be honored under the original terms.
• Systematic exploitation of bonuses, including but not limited to bonus hunting, arbitrage betting, or collusion, is strictly prohibited and will result in account suspension and forfeiture of bonus funds.
• Each promotion is limited to one per person, household, IP address, device, or payment method unless otherwise stated.

6 Betting Rules

All bets placed on the olxtoto Platform are subject to the following general betting rules:

• A bet is only valid once it has been confirmed by the olxtoto system and a bet reference number has been issued. Bets placed during system errors or technical faults may be voided at olxtoto's discretion.
• olxtoto reserves the right to limit, refuse, or void any bet at its sole discretion, including where it suspects match-fixing, insider information, or any other form of irregular betting activity.
• In the event of a dispute regarding the outcome of a bet, the decision of olxtoto's trading team is final, subject to the formal dispute resolution process outlined in these Terms.
• Live betting odds are subject to change at any time. A bet is accepted at the odds displayed at the moment of confirmation, not at the time of initial selection.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all markets and are displayed within the betting interface. olxtoto may adjust these limits for individual accounts at its discretion.
• Winnings from valid bets will be credited to your olxtoto wallet promptly following official result confirmation.

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the olxtoto Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and reporting to relevant Philippine law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

• Using the Platform for any unlawful purpose, including but not limited to money laundering, fraud, or financing of illegal activities.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or at any other time.
• Creating multiple accounts or using another person's account.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial means to interact with the Platform.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors for financial gain. Any winnings obtained through exploitation of a technical error are void and will be reversed.
• Using a VPN, proxy, or other technology to disguise your true location or circumvent geographic restrictions.
• Engaging in any form of harassment, abusive language, or threatening behavior toward olxtoto staff or other users.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with any part of the olxtoto Platform.

8 Intellectual Property

All content on the olxtoto Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, software, and the overall design and layout — is the exclusive property of olxtoto or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This license does not include the right to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any content from the Platform without prior written consent from olxtoto.
• Use any data mining, scraping, or similar data gathering tools on the Platform.
• Frame or mirror any part of the Platform on any other website or platform.
• Use the olxtoto name, logo, or branding in any manner that could cause confusion or imply endorsement without express written permission.

9 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, olxtoto, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill.
• Interruption of service, system downtime, or technical failures beyond our reasonable control.
• Unauthorized access to or alteration of your account or data.
• Any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions in Platform content.

olxtoto's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

10 Privacy & Data

olxtoto collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

olxtoto implements industry-standard security measures, including 256-bit SSL encryption, to protect your personal and financial data. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, and olxtoto cannot guarantee absolute security.

olxtoto may share your personal data with third parties where required by Philippine law, court order, or regulatory authority, including PAGCOR and the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC).

11 Responsible Gaming

olxtoto is committed to promoting responsible gaming and takes its obligations to player welfare seriously. The following responsible gaming tools are available to all registered users:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on your account to control your spending.
• Loss Limits: Set limits on the maximum amount you are willing to lose within a defined period.
• Session Time Reminders: Receive notifications when you have been playing for a specified duration.
• Self-Exclusion: Temporarily or permanently exclude yourself from the Platform. Self-exclusion takes effect immediately upon request and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.

12 Account Suspension & Termination

olxtoto reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal conduct.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Provision of false or misleading information during registration or verification.
• Abuse of bonuses, promotions, or the Platform's technical systems.
• At the user's own request, including self-exclusion.

Upon account closure, any real money balance remaining in your account (after deduction of any bonus funds subject to forfeiture) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding verification requirements.

13 Amendments to These Terms

olxtoto reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, olxtoto will notify registered users via email or a prominent notice on the Platform at least 7 days before the changes take effect, where practicable.

Your continued use of the olxtoto Platform after the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure as described in Section 12.

The most current version of these Terms will always be available on this page, with the effective date clearly indicated at the top of the document.

14 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the olxtoto Platform, the parties agree to first attempt to resolve the dispute through good-faith negotiation. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within 30 days, it shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the appropriate courts of the Philippines.

For disputes relating specifically to gaming outcomes or bet settlements, olxtoto's internal dispute resolution process applies. You must submit a formal dispute within 7 days of the event giving rise to the dispute by contacting our support team. olxtoto will respond with a final decision within 14 business days.
